Clear service terms for repairs, products, quotations, and support.
Repair work begins after diagnosis and customer approval where applicable. Estimated completion dates may change when parts availability, device condition, or additional faults affect the work.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups unless a data recovery service is explicitly requested. Finaltouch will take reasonable care with customer devices and data during service.
Product purchases, warranties, returns, and delivery conditions are governed by store policies and supplier warranty terms. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote.
